You will collaborate with site teams and engineers to diagnose faults, drive improvements, and maintain safe operations. Travel up to 20% and EU relocation eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Hands-on wind turbine or electromechanical systems experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and structured communication under pressure.
• Willingness to relocate to Barcelona and travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call support during weekends and public holidays.
