Job summary
Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic system and DS1 across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will explain complex technical issues to healthcare professionals and field engineers, drive escalations, and improve processes while ensuring thorough documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering or medical degree with technical skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
- Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
- Experience diagnosing technical issues and software troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
- Drive escalation process and initiate field service as needed.
- Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
- Own continuous improvement projects and ensure complete documentation entries.
- Occasional on-site support/training domestically and internationally.
