UPS is seeking an Administrative Specialist to support customs declarations, data updates, and related tasks across multiple sites in Spain. You will coordinate with Billing and Operations to ensure accurate service and timely renewals of documentation for worldwide shipments.

Proficiency in English and Spanish, and CRM experience are essential. This role offers a variety of shifts across Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Seville, and other locations, with remote-friendly elements depending on site

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years in admin, sales support, order management, contract administration or customer service in B2B.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Prepare Customs Declarations and data updates as needed.
• Process customs documentation with government authorities.
• Communicate with internal/external customers in Spanish and English.
• Answer calls regarding customs clearance requirements and procedures.
• Collaborate with Billing and Operations to provide quality service.
