Esko, a Veralto company, is a global provider of integrated software and hardware solutions, empowering packaging design and print processes. The Renewal Operations Specialist role focuses on renewals across Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with a fully remote setup based in Spain or neighboring countries.

You’ll manage service contracts via the reseller network, coordinate pricing, and ensure timely renewals while collaborating with Sales, Aftercare, Finance and Order Management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years in admin, sales support, order management, contract administration or customer service in B2B.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Mansioni

• Prepare service contract renewal proposals for software and hardware using contract data.
• Be the main contact for resellers across EMEA on renewal pricing and contract status.
• Anticipate renewals and ensure no contract lapses through internal and partner steps.
• Coordinate contract amendments, co-terming requests and subscription adjustments with Sales, Aftercare, Finance and Order Management.
• Prepare and validate pricing calculations and quotations, including perpetual-to-subscription conversions.
• Keep renewal opportunities accurate in Salesforce with new quoting/ordering tools.
