Schneider Electric in Spain is seeking a Field Services Virtual Service Sales Representative – Recurring Business to protect, renew and grow the recurring services business. You will proactively manage the contract renewal cycle and develop long-term relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers.

Working remotely via phone, email and digital tools, you will pursue on-time renewals, retention and expansion opportunities through cross-sell and upsell of recurring services and extensions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Management, Sales or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Renewals, Customer Service or Account Management.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage the Recurring & Renewal opportunity pipeline.
• Proactively manage the contract renewal pipeline for the assigned portfolio.
• Prepare and manage renewal proposals and follow them through to closure.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the installed base.
• Coordinate internally with Services teams to ensure renewal opportunities are properly supported and delivered.
• Maintain accurate renewal pipeline and customer interactions.
