Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Services Virtual Service Sales Representative – Recurring to protect, renew and grow the recurring services business across an assigned portfolio. The role focuses on on-time renewals, retention and expanding recurring revenue through renewals, extensions and added services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Renewals, Customer Service or Account Management.
• Experience valuated in managing portfolios or renewals and in services/recurring models.

Responsabilités

• Manage renewal and recurring opportunity pipeline to ensure on-time closures.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing contracts.
• Expand recurring coverage across installed base and drive retention.
• Coordinate with Services teams to support renewal opportunities.
• Monitor and report renewal performance, risks and forecast status.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain accurate records in CRM/BFO.
