Job summary

ABB is seeking a remote-based role in Spain to accelerate the AMR Connected Care business. You will support local Robotics and Service Sales teams, acting as a global commercial specialist for the AMR service portfolio and driving recurring revenue across the Installed Base.

The role collaborates with product, marketing, pricing, and regional teams, with 60% travel and English proficiency required. Based in Spain, you will report to the AMR Connected Care Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in service sales, or lifecycle services in robotics or industrial tech.
• Ability to develop commercial opportunities with distributed sales teams.
• Understanding of service agreements and recurring-revenue models.
• Experience with CRM and commercial management tools.
• English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop AMR Connected Care opportunities across Installed Base.
• Drive commercial development of Connected Care agreements, lifecycle services, upgrades, retrofits, digital solutions and value-added offerings.
• Build and maintain a pipeline with disciplined follow-up and CRM management.
• Support strategic engagements, negotiations and multi-country service proposals with messaging and materials.
