Maisa is expanding its talent function and seeking a mid-level Recruiter, Client-Facing & GTM. You will own recruitment end-to-end for client-facing roles and help scale with a high-volume hiring plan. You’ll partner with hiring managers, design candidate profiles, and move fast to deliver a superior candidate experience.

You’ll join a growing enterprise AI company with a senior team, a clear path to Senior Recruiter, and a culture shaped by your contributions from day one.

Qualifications

• Around 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience owning full-cycle recruitment for GTM, business and client-facing roles with an understanding of technical hiring.
• Strong hiring manager partnership, candidate assessment and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to move fast in a growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Client Services, GTM, sales and marketing roles.
• Translate hiring needs into clear candidate profiles, interview plans and recruitment strategies.
• Run screening interviews to assess experience, motivation and alignment with the role and our values.
• Run multiple pipelines in parallel, keeping priorities clear and quality consistent.
• Assess hiring metrics and improve our processes using analytics.
