Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience owning full-cycle recruitment for GTM, business and client-facing roles with technical hiring understanding.
• Strong partnering, candidate assessment and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment end to end for client-facing, GTM, sales and marketing roles.
• Translate hiring needs into candidate profiles, interview plans and recruitment strategies.
• Run screening interviews and assess fit with role and company values.
• Run multiple pipelines in parallel with clear priorities and consistent quality.
• Use analytics to assess hiring metrics and improve processes.
