• 5+ years in product management or product ownership focused on innovation.
• Proven experience launching new products or features.
• Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Remote work ability and strong communication.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative products.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
