With 5+ years in product management and a strong Agile background, you will launch innovative products, define KPIs, and drive go-to-market initiatives. A remote-first culture supports collaboration and growth from anywhere in Spain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement.
• 5+ years in product management or ownership with emphasis on innovation.
• Proven track record launching new products or features.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize backlog based on value, needs, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering throughout development lifecycle for timely delivery.
• Work with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive user experiences.
• Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and guide development.
• Facilitate go-to-market strategies and internal training for launches.
