Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Product Owner of Innovation to join their fully remote team. You will shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap for groundbreaking offerings, driving business growth from a home office.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to launch new products, translate market opportunities into detailed requirements, and define KPIs to measure success. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in product management or product ownership with a focus on innovation.
• Proven experience launching new products or features.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely in a distributed team.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
• Technical background or strong understanding of software development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative new products.
• Translate business needs and market opportunities into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
• Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and inform future development.
• Facilitate product launch activities, including go-to-market strategies and internal training.
