• 5+ years of product management or product ownership, with a focus on innovation and new product development.
• Proven experience launching successful new products or features.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative new products.
• Translate business needs and market opportunities into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and inform future development.
• Facilitate product launch activities and go-to-market strategies.
