• 5+ years in product management or product ownership with a focus on innovation.
• Proven track record of launching new products or features.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative products.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize the backlog based on business value, customer needs, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver high‑quality products.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive experiences.
• Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success.
• Facilitate product launches and go‑to‑market activities.
