Job summary

Revolut Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Product Owner of Innovation to lead the development and launch of groundbreaking products in a fully remote team.

You will shape the product vision, strategy and roadmap while ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. The role requires strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication, and a proven track record in bringing innovative products to life from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience with focus on innovation and new product development.
• Proven experience launching successful new products or features.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
• Technical background or strong understanding of software development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for innovative new products.
• Translate business needs and market opportunities into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle for timely delivery.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and inform future development.
• Facilitate product launch activities, including go-to-market strategies and internal training.
