• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management/ownership with a focus on innovation and new product development.
• Proven experience launching successful products or features.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative new products.
• Translate business needs and market opportunities into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and align on priorities.
• Analyze market trends to identify new product opportunities.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and inform future development.
• Facilitate product launch activities, including go-to-market strategies and internal training.
