Revolut Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Product Owner of Innovation to join a fully remote team.

You will define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating market needs into actionable requirements and user stories while prioritizing the backlog for maximum business value. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to launch breakthrough products, track key metrics, and drive go-to-market initiatives in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• Strong focus on innovation and new product development.
• Proven experience launching successful new products or features.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative new products.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences.
• Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Analyze market trends to identify new product opportunities.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and inform development.
• Facilitate product launch activities and GTM strategies.
