Job summary

AWWG is seeking a Business Analyst Coordinator to oversee sales and pricing strategies across full-price and outlet networks. You will drive revenue growth through price optimization, inventory efficiency, and promotional effectiveness while protecting margins and leveraging price elasticity insights.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years of experience, and fluency in English and Spanish (French a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced English and Spanish; French is a strong advantage.
• High proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal sales and inventory plans by channel, category, and store.
• Analyze pricing and promotional strategies to maximize sell-through and gross margin.
• Conduct price elasticity analysis to define optimal discount depth and timing.
• Monitor promotional performance and provide post-event analysis and recommendations.
• Manage inventory flow between full-price and outlet channels to optimize profitability and reduce stock aging.
• Track key KPIs including sell-through, markdown cost, inventory turnover, and promotional ROI.
• Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, Finance, Retail Ops, and Visual Merchandising teams.
