Job summary

AWWG in Madrid seeks a Planning and Merchandising Specialist to manage stores stock, supporting planning and distribution of products and ensuring accurate stock levels.

You will analyze sales trends, define replenishment plans, build stock for promotions, coordinate with logistics, monitor stock movements, and collaborate with store staff to execute pricing, promotions and product launches across the group.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in Spanish; high level English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.
• Define the correct replenishment plan ensuring correct assortments, depth, frequency and delivery timings.
• Build stock to support seasonal promotions or marketing campaigns.
• Ensure logistics are met on time and frequency.
• Monitor stock movement, consider markdowns, inter-branch transfers, promotions or clear outs.
• Minimize stock holdings to maximize profit.
• Maintain frequent communication with store staff to coordinate returns, pricing changes, promotions, product launches, etc.
