Bring It On is building the next generation of skill games and offers a remote-friendly position in a fast-growing space. You will join a world-class support team to assist players across channels, understand game features, and drive continuous improvement through feedback and analytics.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years in a customer support role, ideally in iGaming.
• Experience with KYC and payments processors.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and documenting interactions.
• Strong empathy with ability to tailor solutions.
• Ability to work flexible hours and remote settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily support to players via iMessage, Messenger, Intercom and email.
• Develop understanding of game features to deliver knowledgeable responses.
• Troubleshoot player issues and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain detailed documentation of interactions in the CRM.
• Collect player feedback and communicate it to relevant departments for product improvement.
• Assist onboarding of new players and teach game features.
• Identify player patterns using analytical tools to guide interactions.
• Collaborate with teams to offer promotions and inform about new features.
• Develop guidelines for future support team members.
