Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why. You will speak as the strategic voice at the table and make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads and drive growth through thoughtful budgeting, testing, and attribution. Remote role with US/Intl clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers with documented results.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Plan budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking using GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention and upsell, strengthening long-term relationships.
