Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set strategy, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

The role covers paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with responsibilities including budget calls, roadmap creation, and performance storytelling on client calls.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience overseeing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain performance on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
