Blacksmith Agency is a remote AI-first digital agency seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will strategize targeting, budgeting, roadmaps, and narrative discussions with clients, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, handle bidding, testing, tracking, and create 90-day roadmaps while driving retention and upsell opportunities across multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, with campaigns built, run and optimized by you.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and discuss the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
