Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client storytelling during calls.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, ensuring robust conversion tracking and data-driven decisions. This role is remote with US/intl clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaign management.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements across multiple clients.
• Experience in agency settings handling several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget, bidding, targeting and testing, and know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrate numbers in calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
