Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients, shaping targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts, handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and use GA4/Tag Manager/pixels for tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads across client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client; articulate the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
