Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgeting, roadmap, and client storytelling.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget calls, testing, and attribution. You will optimize for ROAS and CPA and communicate results in live calls with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Allocate budgets, bid, target, test creatives, and decide when to pause campaigns.
• Ensure conversion tracking & attribution via GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and communicate results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
