Blacksmith Agency is a AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll shape strategy, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice in client conversations.

You will oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and drive long-term account growth with retention and upsell. Fluency in English with US clients on calls is required.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Mansioni

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the narrative behind the numbers.
