Blacksmith Agency is a remote, AI‑first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for roofing clients. You will own paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, guiding budgets, bid strategies, and testing to drive ROAS and pipeline growth.

You will lead 90-day roadmaps, provide the narrative behind the numbers on client calls, and collaborate with the team to upsell and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement experience
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
• Experience with roofing or multi-location paid media is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for roofing accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; decide when to pause/kill campaigns.
• Set up reliable conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers story on calls.
• Foster account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
