Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, and agency experience handling several clients simultaneously. Clear English with US clients on live calls is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, campaigns built, run and optimized.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for roofing clients.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and campaign cutoffs.
• Set up and trust attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Create 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
