Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for multifamily clients. You will manage targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative during client discussions, acting as the strategic voice on campaigns.

You will work across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, focusing on growth, ROAS improvements, and ongoing optimization for multiple locations, with a remote-first setup and US client communications.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with multifamily or multi-location paid media is a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up reliable conversion tracking with GA4, GTM and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain results.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
