Fever is hiring a Support Agent to join the SSI team from Spain. The role supports the DACH region while working remotely with a flexible schedule and collaboration across international teams.

You will handle internal tooling, coordinate with Producers and Project Managers, and assist with administrative tasks, invoicing and contracts. Prior experience in operations or admin roles is valued.

Formación

• Fluent in English and German; Polish is a plus.
• Experience in structured operations, support or administrative roles.
• Based in Spain and eligible to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Keep internal tools (Jira, Slack, Airtable) updated and organized.
• Coordinate with Producers and Project Managers on day‑to‑day needs.
• Assist in maintaining visibility across tasks, deadlines and project progress.
• Assist with event setup and launch: creating and validating experiences in internal tools.
• Perform back‑office updates and ensure information is accurate and consistent.
• Support invoicing processes and coordinate with the Finance team.
• Proactively help with venue research and initial outreach.
• Contribute to budget tracking and cost allocation.
• Prepare and manage contracts.
