Madrid | 8-hour shift + 1-hour break (5 days/week)
We're looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Support Agent/ Administrative & Operations Assistant to join our SSI (Strategic Scalable Initiatives) team—working behind the scenes to bring magical experiences to life globally, while being based in Madrid.
This role focuses on ensuring that all administrative, documentation, and operational processes behind our events run smoothly. You will play a key role in managing event‑related documentation, tracking contracts and signatures, coordinating logistics, and supporting basic financial administration tasks.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands‑on, comfortable taking ownership of tasks, and able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, international environment.
You'll play a key role in supporting our internal teams, ensuring that artists management, travel logistics and administrative processes are always on point. You'll manage a variety of administrative and operational tasks:
