Fever, a leading global platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking an Operations Analyst in Madrid. You will participate in cross-functional projects, lead initiatives, and design processes to improve efficiency across logistics and operations.

You will analyze factors such as client satisfaction, cost control and profitability, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and scalable processes. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, consulting, or tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.
• Experience with ERP systems or logistics management software is valued.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades
