Fever is seeking a capable Operations professional to join the Marketplace Operations Team in Madrid. You will manage back-office configurations, monitor live experiences, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth launches and optimal performance.

The role requires strong English and Spanish, 2+ years in related roles, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Fever’s back offices, configure and monitor experiences across ticketing and distribution platforms.
• Perform daily operational monitoring of published experiences for performance and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Product, QA, Marketing, Finance and others to support back-office configurations and launches.
• Oversee day-to-day external partner API integrations and coordinate fixes with tech teams and partners for continuity.
• Participate in weekly cross-team meetings to align priorities and report issues.

About the Role

In Fever, we are looking for a person to join the Marketplace Operations Team. The tasks will consist of the following:

• Fever’s Back Offices Management: creation, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of experiences across internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms
• Operational Monitoring: daily checks of published experiences to ensure correct setup, performance, and smooth operation.
• Cross-Team Coordination: daily collaboration with Project Management, Product, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to support back-office plan configuration, coordinate experience launches, and continuously improve internal operational processes.
• API Integrations Maintenance: oversee the day-to-day performance of external partner API integrations, proactively identify issues, coordinate fixes with technical teams and partners, and ensure seamless operational continuity for live experiences.
• Team Alignment & Reporting: participate in weekly meetings with relevant internal teams to align priorities, report operational issues, and support continuity of marketplace operations.

About You

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: able to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Fast learner with strong retention and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling high-demand peaks.
• High level of English and Spanish (required).
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles
• Proactive and decisive, with strong problem-solving and quick-reaction skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools (SQL, dashboards, internal systems, etc.).
