• Experience in structured operations, support or admin roles.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with good communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain event documentation, contracts, permits, and signed documents.
• Coordinate signature collection and follow-up with stakeholders on pending paperwork.
• Prepare documentation for event execution and shipment when required.
• Track supplier invoices and assist with payments and financial records.
• Support cross-functional teams and maintain visibility on deadlines and progress.
