NTT DATA in Spain is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1). You will provide remote technical support to clients, identify incidents and drive resolutions to meet SLA commitments.

You will use service assurance tools, document incidents, coordinate with teams and vendors, and progressively build expertise in vendor technologies while supporting a global client base.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/CCNA/JNCIA.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate problems, collects performance statistics and reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Remotely investigates and identifies root causes of incidents and assists with remedies.
