Job summary

NTT DATA in Spain is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identify incidents, and drive resolutions while maintaining SLAs. You will work across cultures, coordinate with vendors, and update knowledge articles as needed.

The role focuses on entry-level networking tasks, maintenance, and incident monitoring in a remote-working setup, offering growth within a global technology services company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests for support follow procedures.
• Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance tools and collect performance statistics.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
• Provide service recovery after incident resolution.
• Document and close resolved incidents according to procedures.
• Log incidents with required detail and maintain configuration items (CIs).
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and teams to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
