Job summary

NTT DATA in Spain is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and drive resolutions to meet SLA targets.

You will work with service assurance tools, document incidents, and collaborate with clients and suppliers to maintain service continuity and knowledge base. This role offers exposure to networking technologies and a path to grow within a global tech leader.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to investigate and diagnose problems and creates reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures and performs maintenance tasks.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and maintains incident records.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution and provides service recovery.
