Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join its remote support team in Spain. You will identify and resolve incidents, provide professional remote technical assistance to clients, and work toward zero SLA breaches.

You will utilize service assurance tools, follow established procedures, and log incidents while coordinating with users, staff, and suppliers as needed for timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA etc.).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the support process and ensure requests follow procedures.
• Use service assurance tools to investigate and diagnose problems and report findings.
• Identify and resolve problems following agreed procedures.
• Carry out maintenance tasks as required.
• Document and close resolved incidents per procedures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
• Provide continuous feedback to clients and update systems and portals.
