Job summary

NTT DATA in Spain is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, identifying and resolving incidents to restore service and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities include monitoring service delivery, using diagnostics tools, and coordinating with vendors and teams to ensure timely resolution. The role emphasizes knowledge of vendor technologies and incident management in a remote environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.
Entry-level experience in networking technologies including routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.
Experience in providing remote technical support to clients.

Responsibilities

Maintain the support process and handle requests according to procedures.
Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and report performance statistics.
Prioritize and diagnose incidents and coordinate repairs with stakeholders.
Document and close incidents per procedures and update knowledge articles.
Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs and maintain records of information.
