Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) in Ibiza to provide professional remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and ensure SLA compliance. You will work with vendors and clients, documenting resolutions and maintaining configuration data across CIs.

The role emphasizes knowledge of networking technologies, incident management, and customer service, with remote work as a core aspect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled according to procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems, collects stats, and creates reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks.
• Remotely investigates and identifies root cause of incidents and assists with remedies.
