NTT DATA in Toledo, Spain is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support to clients, identifying and resolving incidents while aiming for zero SLA misses. You will support incident diagnosis, remediation, and documentation, coordinating with vendors and clients to restore services promptly.

The role emphasizes knowledge of networking basics, remote support, and client-facing communication in a global team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.

Responsabilités

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems and creates reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Performs defined maintenance tasks and documents resolutions.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and maintains relevant records.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution.
• Provides service recovery and updates all systems and portals per SOPs.
