Jobgether SRL is seeking an Account Operations & Farming Specialist based in Spain. The role sits at the intersection of IT Operations and media buying support, owning account access, lifecycle management, subscriptions and automation-ready processes.

You will work with proxies, browser profiles, email, 2FA and verification workflows to ensure accounts are prepared for effective use. Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills are essential.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Meta farming and/or advertising account infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of the advertising account lifecycle from setup to recovery.
• Experience handling checkpoints, verification, and recovery.
• Experience with proxies, anti-detect or browser-profile solutions, email accounts, phone numbers and 2FA.
• Experience managing suppliers or other account-related resources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage employee access, provisioning, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain accounts, services, licenses and related resources.
• Provide IT Operations support to Media Buying teams.
• Keep records, inventories and statuses up to date.
• Build and improve Meta account farming and infrastructure processes.
• Prepare advertising accounts and related resources for teams.
• Handle proxies, emails, phone numbers, 2FA, and recovery data.
• Address verification, recovery and troubleshooting checkpoints.
• Monitor account quality and analyze losses or blocks.
• Collaborate with Farm teams to share knowledge and improve practices.
• Identify repetitive processes and define automation requirements.
• Contribute to a scalable, well-documented account operations environment.
