Jobgether SRL is seeking a CRO Executive based in Spain to support senior consultants and own defined optimization initiatives from discovery to delivery. You will work with ecommerce brands, analytics, and client teams to build impact-driven roadmaps and drive conversion improvements.

The role emphasizes analytics, experimentation, project coordination, and proactive client communication, with a clear progression toward CRO Consultant responsibilities.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments.
• Proactive ownership mindset with ability to propose next steps and seek support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Experience using GA4 or similar analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation programs.
• Genuine interest in Ecommerce, customer behavior, and conversion rate optimization.
• Motivation to grow into a CRO Consultant role with increasing responsibility.
• Agency experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work with senior CRO consultants to understand client goals, customer needs, and opportunities.
• Identify optimization opportunities through analytics, behavior insights, and research.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations explaining problem, improvement, and impact.
• Help build and prioritize optimization roadmaps balancing impact and effort.
• Determine approaches for opportunities, including A/B testing or design improvements.
• Own initiatives from briefing through implementation, QA, launch, and review.
• Coordinate delivery across CRO, design, and development teams.
• Participate in client meetings, provide updates and follow-ups.
• Progressively lead client meetings and manage relationships.
• Use analytics to map journeys, identify friction, and propose next steps.
• Document results to strengthen future recommendations.
• Develop toward ownership of client accounts and roadmaps.
