Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Spain is seeking an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist to lead merchant onboarding, configure integrations, validate APIs, and ensure production readiness in a fast-moving fintech environment. You will troubleshoot issues across PSP, on/off-ramp, and card solutions, coordinating with engineering and international merchants.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in L2/L3 technical support or similar fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical merchant onboarding by configuring integrations, payment routing, and methods across PSP/on-off ramp/card solutions.
• Manage API access and production environments, including issuing API keys and ensuring proper configurations for production readiness.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integration issues using Postman to identify configuration or technical problems before go-live.
• Investigate transaction incidents by analyzing JSON payloads, SQL queries, system logs and monitoring data to identify root causes and remediation.
• Use Grafana and monitoring tools to trace transaction errors across technical systems.
• Replicate and isolate reported bugs to determine origin (merchant side or platform).
• Triage technical issues and provide clear escalations to Engineering for deeper investigation.
• Support final technical verification and production readiness before merchants go live.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to international merchants and stakeholders.
• Prepare concise incident reports and maintain documentation throughout troubleshooting and resolution.
• Remain accountable for issues through resolution, prioritizing accuracy and timely execution.
