Job summary

Satispay is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist (Remote) to join its distributed team. The role coordinates with warehouses, carriers, and customer service to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Though remote, you will collaborate with operational hubs near Vigo, Galicia. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of supply chain processes, problem solving, and attention to detail, with fluency in Spanish and English, and the ability to work within Spanish business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation processes.
• Proficiency in using logistics software, WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Spain and comfortable working within Spanish business hours, supporting operations that may include Vigo, Galicia region.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily logistics operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and tracking.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and carriers to ensure efficient and timely movement of goods.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, such as shipping delays, damaged goods, or incorrect orders.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Liaise with customer service teams to address any logistics-related customer inquiries or complaints.
• Assist in managing warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy and space optimization, remotely.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports on key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, etc.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the supply chain and logistics processes.
