Satispay is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our distributed team in a fully remote role. You will coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and customer service to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction, while aligning with Vigo, Galicia regional hubs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Logistics or related field, at least 3 years in logistics operations, and fluent Spanish and English. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with WMS/TMS/ERP are required.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with customer service teams to address any logistics‑related customer inquiries or complaints.
• Assist in managing warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy and space optimization, remotely.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports on key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery, cost per shipment, etc.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the supply chain and logistics processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation processes.
• Proficiency in using logistics software, WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Spain and comfortable working within Spanish business hours, supporting operations that may include the Vigo, Galicia region.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
