Job summary

WeMaintain is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer to partner with the CTO and Global Head of Operations on a data-driven, four-country operation. You will own the data lake and dbt modeling, define KPIs, and ensure analytics standards are followed across the UK, France, Singapore and Hong Kong.

The role blends deep modelling with real-world operational impact, largely remote, reporting to the CTO and Operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a data platform end to end with minimal supervision.
• Strong SQL, data modeling and ETL skills across multiple countries.
• Ability to define KPIs and operational metrics with business impact.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, Europe-wide team.

Responsibilities

• Own the data lake and dbt-based modeling, tests and documentation.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs with stakeholders across four countries.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists and business champions daily.
• Drive standardization and evidence-based decision making across regions.
