Job summary

Qualifyze is seeking a Team Lead Analytics to guide the analytics domain within our BI team and stay hands-on with dbt models, semantic modeling, and Looker. You will lead a small data team while contributing technically in dbt, semantic modeling, and Looker.

The role emphasizes player-coach leadership, stakeholder alignment, and driving self-serve insights across commercial teams with a strong focus on data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an Analytics Engineer with data modelling and SQL skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain dbt models and transformation pipelines in a medallion architecture.
• Experience defining business metrics, governance, and investor/board reporting is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data warehouse syncing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics engineering and CRM data delivery, setting priorities and coaching the team.
• Own data modeling end-to-end and enrich semantic models for Looker.self-service reporting.
• Governing investor reporting metrics and data quality in the warehouse.
• Bridge business needs with data models, explores, and reports across teams.
• Uphold engineering standards: code reviews, tests, CI/CD, and runbooks.
