Greenhouse Software, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager (Data) to lead one of our data engineering teams remotely from Spain.

You will oversee delivery of data pipelines, ML/MLOps initiatives, and cloud migration projects for our EMEA customers, while blending hands-on delivery with people leadership. The Core Data Engineering team designs scalable ETL/ELT workflows, handles data from Oracle, Snowflake, Redshift, and supports real-time analytics using modern storage formats.

Formación

• Must demonstrate strong consulting mindset focused on customer outcomes.
• Solid software engineering foundations with distributed systems knowledge.
• Experience with data-intensive apps and cloud tech (SQL/NoSQL, Spark).
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and lead teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one data engineering team (5-6 consultants) and oversee delivery.
• Balance management with hands-on delivery of data/ML/MLOps projects for EMEA customers.
